Our Mission

At Propati, we are more than just a business, we are a close-knit family.

As an owner-run and operated business, one of the aspects we cherish most about our work is the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. We are proud to provide employment to mothers who support 3-5 people in their homes. As we upskill and empower these incredible individuals, they, in turn, pass on their newfound knowledge and experience to their families, creating a ripple effect of growth and empowerment within their communities. Many of our team members have been with us for years, starting in entry-level positions and working their way up through dedication, hard work, and a passion for what they do. With a rich history that spans ten years, we take pride in the experience we’ve gained over the years, allowing us to continually improve and deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.
